'Tourmaline' comes from the Singhalese word 'tura mali', meaning 'stone with mixed colours' No two Tourmaline stones have the same colour. Egyptian legend has it that on it's long journey from the centre of the earth, Tourmaline passed over a rainbow. The colour of the stone depends upon the angle of the view. Highly skilled crafts people in Ragasthan, India, work with these individual stones and the Namaste design team to produce these beautiful, intricate and delicate designs.
